Error in SNMP polling: Timeout(thin_ap_status)

    dear sir

         Recently often MY Airwave event log appear error in SNMP polling，just like the below list

    Somehow it seems like your controller is not responding to snmp.
    It also seems like you are out of licenses.

    Dear Joseph

       Yes, My Arirwave is out of licensed, the purchase is underway,。so, the cause of Aruba down is AirWave sending a reboot command to the controller.，where can I find the log ?

    Airwave will not send a reboot command to controller if you are out of licenses.  The controller not responding to SNMP is a different issue.  Can you get into the controller and type "show version" on the commandline?

             The "show version" on the commandline list just like below，why the controller had down in snmp timeout ,  how could I find the cause, very tks.

    It says reboot cause is kernel panic. Please contact tac asap.
