    Hi All,

I have just received two Aruba AP-22 devices.

I was able to properly setup one of them.
For the second one, after being added to the Aruba Instant One portal, it became unreachable.

Then I decided to start again the configuration process.

    - I removed the device from the Aruba Instant On portal
    - I hardware reset to restore factory default setting, using the Reset the AP while powering up method:
    1. Press and hold down the reset button using a small, narrow object such as a paper clip while the access point
is not powered on (either via DC power or PoE).
    2. Connect the power supply (DC or PoE) to the access point while the reset button is being held down.
    3. Release the reset button on the access point after 15 seconds.
    - After the reset completion, the AP-22 device LEDs are blinking alternating Green/Amber (means device is ready for setup)
    - I started the Aruba Instant One portal to add this device, by clicking Search for my devices.
    - The LEDs are blinking alternating Green/Amber. Searching for devices started. But nothing happened, after waiting for 30 minutes.

    - I can connect to this device via http, using its local IP address. From the web page, I am able to change the IP addressing.

Any idea on what is preventing to find this device ?

    Thanks in advance.
