Might help to provide a drawing showing the switches involved, what VLANs to carry, which are native, etc to make sure we understand the full topology. But yes you can trunk VLANs over a mesh link, the main thing is that the trunked VLANs and the native used for the APs all match for all points and portals in the same mesh cluster. You can use the attached as a guide depending on what OS you're running. Main thing to remember if you use a native VLAN other than VLAN 1, that for those APs you need to define what that native VLAND ID is in the AP system profile.

Subject: Switch Traffic over mesh point to controller
We have our network switches at the remote building (behind the Mesh Point) on a different VLAN (xxx). we need to add this VLAN to the controller for it to be traversable over the Mesh link?
Is that technically possible?
does this vlan xxx needs to be added in the controller?
Any expected outage with this change?
