controllers showing as down in MM

    Hi,

    A customer of ours has 10 controllers. 8 of them are showing up as "down"  on the mobility master. The tunnels seem to be up and everything seems to be working correct. Although I cant seem to find out why these controllers are showing up as down even though the IPSEC tunnels appear to be up

    Please open up a technical support case with Aruba Networks/HPE.  We don't have enough information  in your post to determine what your problem is.

    Were any changes made prior to the controllers going down?
