    Hello, 

    I'm trying to upgrade Aruba controller from 8.6.0.4 to 8.6.0.6. However, I got this error "Retrieve image failed, please click here to save the log in the popup window." 

    How can I fix this error. Alternatively, where I can download the new firmware to do the manual upgrade?

    I followed the links you two advised. However, it asked for a contract to login and download the latest firmware. 

    This is strange for me because in the previous times when I had to update the firmware, I just need to hit automatic update in the controller. Now it showed the errors. 

    How can I download the latest firmware without having an active contract?

    Hi Huyan,

    if you don´t have a valid Service Contract you are not able to download Firmware for Controllers from the support Portal.
    This is what the Service Contract is for TAC Access as well as Software Access.

    How are you uploading the firmware image to the controller in the first instance? Also, did you save the log and can you share it? Firmware for controllers can be downloaded from :
