Connecting to AP-303HR vis Console Cable

    I am trying to console into an AP-303HR-US using Aruba's console cable AP-CBL-SERU and my laptop is not recognizing it. I have search through the community and get pointed to download the driver in the old Aruba Support portal which no longer exists. Can someone point me in the right direction?

    Pretty sure I never needed the driver to use AP-CBL-SERU on an AP-303H. Is the cable not showing up under Device Manager as a COM port? Are you changing to use the correct COM port in putty? (or whatever terminal you are using)

    I just tested my cable, and after simply plugging it in, it shows up as a COM port available for use.

    Yes it is requiring a driver .
