IAP-103 firmware upgrade problem

    Hello,
    One of our clients has 4 Aruba IAP-103 Access Points. I upgraded them from 6.5.1.0-4.3.1.1 to 6.5.4.21. Three APs upgraded successfully, but there is problem with one. I tried to upgrade it using webpanel and CLI and every time it says "upgrade successful" but after reboot firmware version remains the same.
    I tried factory reset and then upgrade, but still doesn't work.

    You should attempt to take the problematic device to a separate network and try to upgrade there.

    You can also type "show log upgrade" to see what might have gone wrong.
