Take a look at the interface configuration, and the shared secret config between MC/MM and make sure it matches. Might need to take down the uplink to the controller and do this over console. See if the interface settings match. I usually see this issue when the MM pushes the wrong port config down, and the controller can not reach the MM anymore.

Local WLC continuously reboots itself , on mobility manager it is firstly shown for this WLC:
WLC "up" , "CONFIG ROLLBACK" , then in several seconds WLC "down", "UPDATE REQUIRED".
I assume this loops happens when old new config is replaced by old config locally on WLC or from mobility master. How can I stop such replacement and cut this loop of reboot?!
