VLAN tagging

    Aruba Airwave 8.2
    Aruba AP 365
    Aruba 2530 24G PoE+

    clients in default VLAN1 switch (DHCP POOL VLAN1)
    APs in mgmt VLAN 19 (DHCP POOL VLAN19)
    SSID clients VLAN1

    switchport1 untagged VLAN19
    switchport1 no untagged VLAN1

    APs are receiving VLAN19 IP-address (OK)
    Clients aren't receiving VLAN1 IP-address (NOK)

    What needs to be done in Airwave or on the switch port to get this working?

    help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Corné,

    vlan 1is now "no untagged" and don't work therefore. vlan 1 must be tagged in this use case.

    vlan 1
    tagged 1

    vlan 19
    untagged 1

    ---EDIT as Florian mentioned is right---
    Also you  have to edit the "uplink management vlan and make its default vlan 19 (untagged)

    Hi,

    If you like to use VLAN 1 for your clients tagged on the switch uplink, you need to change the "Uplink Switch native VLAN". In your case this needs to be 19. This will make the IAP to tag VLAN 1 on the uplink.
