Thank you so much for the reply. I found the version you mentioned and tried to download that one, but still get the red errors I mentioned above. I've tried it on different devices on completely unrelated networks. Am I missing something? Why won't it let me download the software? I'm logged in to the Aruba Support Portal.

I need to update the firmware on my IAP-205 (13 of them) so I can add a 305 to the mix. Using the Check for New Version button in the maintenance section of the web GUI results in "No response from server." I also logged in and went to Aruba Support Portal and clicked on the download link for ArubaInstant_Taurus_6.5.4.9_67129, but I get the following error
