    Hello,

you need to activate that licenses in aruba license management system : https://lms.arubanetworks.com/licenses , after you will see generated license key.  copy it.

then go to controller, licenses menu and in inventory add click add license button, paste that copied key there. thats all :)

Please note that you will need "Aruba LIC-AP Controller per AP Capacity License E-LTU" as well.. the mentioned licenses are 'add on' to the LIC-AP.

When you received the licenses, there should be an instruction with it, and your Aruba partner can probably help you activate and install licenses if you can't find out yourself how to do it. Also Aruba Support can assist in getting the licenses activated or installed if you get stuck. As mentioned before, it is not too hard if you follow the steps.

If you have urgent issues, always contact your Aruba partner, distributor, or Aruba TAC Support. Check https://www.arubanetworks.com/support-services/contact-support/ for how to contact Aruba TAC. Any opinions expressed here are solely my own and not necessarily that of Hewlett Packard Enterprise or Aruba Networks.

In case your problem is solved, please invest the time to post a follow-up with the information on how you solved it. Others can benefit from that.
