AP207 instant cluster client connected but no network response

    Good afternoon,

    We are using Aruba instant cluster managed by an airwave server, AP are IAP207, 204 & 304, version 6.5.4
    I'm facing a strange behavior in my Wifi infrastructure, time to time a client connected to the Wifi suddenly don't have access anymore to the local network.
    Wifi is still connected, ip config is still there (ran an ipconfig) but even the default gateway doesn't reply to ping from the client.

    Sometimes after few minutes the client is able to reach the network again, sometime it takes 1 hour. To quickly recover network access the best is to disconnect and reconnect to the Wifi but it's not acceptable.

    I don't know where i could find information about this very annoying behavior.

    What kind of client is this and are you using encryption on that wireless network?

    Clients are Windows 10 computer, Key management is WPA2-Enterprise.

    Can you double-check to make sure that the VLAN the client is connected to is trunked to the access point?

    Yes it is. Most of the time everything works fine, but time to time the client seems losing network access without being disconnected from Wifi.
