Migrating to a windows DHCP server where ping connectivity from DCHP server (routed ip address) to wireless clients is required to check ip address is use or not. Which access-list to modify? Policies under user-roles? Or Firewall-CP internal?

Currently edited the user-role policies to allow icmp from specific host (source alias) to network (destination network alias). But it is not
working. Perhaps destination needs to be user?

You should allow ping from/to any destination.  Before a user obtains an ip address, it is not in the user table, so the user alias will not work in this situation.
