    Hi,

We are using 2 x 7010 controller as a single cluster and we want to add a controller with this cluster to increase AP capacity. Hence is it possible to add higher capacity controller 7030 with this cluster? Please confirm, in that case we will go with 7030.

You can add additional clusters to increase capacity but there is some caveats. If you are going for a 7010 + 7030 you should review the User Guide. A few items to note from the AOS8.7.x User Guide

7000 Series controllers - Support for a maximum of 4 nodes in a cluster (heterogeneous cluster)
Only homogenous cluster is supported for 9004 managed devices.
In a cluster, the managed devices do not have to be identical.
Cluster AP size should be equal to the lowest value of either 50% of total cluster capacity or the worst case
    scenario load.
