Outdoor AP Provisioning Best Practice

    When provisioning an outdoor AP, under Show Advanced Options, there's a drop down for Coverage Area. Should this option be changed to Outdoor or just left on Default? What's best practice?

    I'm running AOS 8.7.1.9.

    Should be left on default, based upon the AP model will determine the indoor/outdoor mode. If you need to change the mode of the AP e.g an indoor AP to be using outdoor channels or power for example then you can select the adjacent mode.
