AP 515-RW default credentials not working

    Hi All

    I have just purchased new Aruba AP 515 devices, when trying to log into the Instant AP logon, with the credentials of

    admin as the username

    Serial Number as the password

    The logon fails. Have tried the serial number in both upper and lower case with out success, also tried the admin / admin combination and also failed.

    Firmware version :  8.7.1.1_78245

    Any Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Phil,

    Have you tried to reset AP via the reset button (turn it off, hold a paperclip in the reset button, put power to it for 10 seconds and then release)?
