AOS 8 Clustering in active/passive datacenters

A customer has 2 couples of AOS 8 controllers.
The 2 pairs are installed as standalone master/standby.
It's fine because the 2 masters are in the active datacenter. All the user traffic has to be tunneled in the this datacenter.

We are working on a new architecture with a couple of MM.
We will have 2 MDs in the active DC and 2 MDs in the passive DC.
We want to create a cluster for the new features : Hitless AP failover, Live upgrade, hitless client failover...but we have to keep the user trafic in the active DC.

Reading the AOS 8 documentation, APs can be load-balanced between all MD nodes it doesn't impact user trafic.
But all the users have to be managed by MDs in the active DC.

Is there a way to activate clustering but set some MDs as "priority A-UAC" ?

Are you planning to have all the same L2 VLANs shared across both DCs?

Yes we already have some L2 VLANs shared accross DCs :
-One VLAN for Master/Standby VRRP instance (currently AOS 8 standalone Master/Standby)
    -Several VLANs for Wi-Fi clients
