Aruba client match failed

    Hi, 

    I have a problem when device that tends to stick with the AP that is further away than the one that is closest. And it also said that the client match failed. 

    What should I tweak from my settings ? Is it from min. transmit power and max. transmit power settings ?

    Do you have any information on your current Aruba environment? What is your current configuration in terms of AP Power Levels etc?

    Hi Craig, 

    Thanks for response. 

    I have total 6 AP.

    I have 2 Hall. Hall A (3 AP) and Hall B (3 AP). 

    Hall A Situation
    AP 1 is distanced 15m with the AP 2, AP 2 is distanced  7m with the AP 3.

    Hall B Situation
    The distance between AP 1, AP 2 and AP 3 is around 6m. 

    My Min. Transmit Power is 9 and Max. Transmit Power is Max. 

    2.4GHz is set to min 6 and max 9
    5GHz on radio 1 is set to min 12 and max 15
    5GHz on radio 2 is set to min 12 and max 15

    I have 802.11K and 802.11V enabled. 

    So what's the problem ?
