I have a requirement to create an SSID that is bound to a single AP in the environment.
I am running ArubaOS 8.9.0.1 and have 4 APs in the environment.
The controller is running in standalone mode for this particular setup.

Any guidance/tutorials would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Don't add the VAP to any AP groups, but then have this config:
    ap-name "single AP"
     virtual-ap "Single-AP-SSID"

    Hi ero0101,

    Another way would be to:
    • Add a new AP group for your single AP
    • Use the WLAN wizard to create your new VAP and SSID
    • Add your new VAP/SSID to the new AP group
    • Provision your single AP selecting the new AP group

This results in your single AP broadcasting the new SSID.
You could also add your existing VAPs to the new AP group if you wish.
    Hope this helps.

    Regards
