I have some fairly dumb WPA2 clients that seem to be having intermittent issues roaming. There are two MDs in this cluster, and the issues seem to be worse when roaming between APs terminated on the opposite MD. Sometimes the client seems to be 'blackholed' for a period of time, where both the MD and client show an association, but no network connectivity. Forcing a disconnect or something like that gets them going again.

The issues seem to be isolated to these clients, I haven't yet been able to replicate it with a laptop. Before I get too deep into troubleshooting, are there any specific best practices or knobs to look for that could impact roaming between APs/MDs in a cluster?

    Thanks.

There are none.  What kind of client is it?
