    Hi

    I have about 700 Aruba AP, type 103, 205, 207, 215, 275 and 305 with controller 7220 with firmware 6.5.4.6.
Recently there's some issue with client connectivity, then i found this on some APs :

    AP.RK16.0.1 - Bengkel FTIP Area G       10.66.28.14       632 632 0 0 313 (444 ) 2 N 312/311/312/311/0/0/0 444/443/444/443/0/0/0 44/4/0/0

That's number of how many times AP Rebootstraps

    2021-02-19 10:36:21 Switching to LMS 10.66.28.1: Missed heartbeats: Last Sequence Generated=46509 Sent=46509 Rcvd=46501; eth Sent=439670 Drop=0; gre Sent=439670 Drop=55 First=56; ipsec Sent=0 Drop=0. Last Ctrl message: BW_REPORT len=84 dest=10.64.0.12 tries=1 seq=11
    2021-02-19 10:36:25 New connection, Changing to LMS (10.64.0.12) [cur_lms_index: 1, event: REDUN_EVENT_TUNNEL_UP, cur_state: REDUN_STATE_TUNNEL_LMS, function: redun_tunnel_up(4907)]

What's the cause of this problem? is there any known fix for this particular problem?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Well, your text has the caus in bold really: Missed heartbeats.

You need to look into why the heartbeats between APs and their controllers fails.
Is this an issue for a single AP?  For all your APs? For all APs in a single location? Do you notice any packet loss/interface issues along the way? Maybe you have very high latency there?

That is probably where your investigation should start.
