I'm running a network of all HP Procurve 5406 / 5412zl switches.  Each of them is loaded with HP J9306A 1500 watt POE+ power supplies.  I am running :

    (2) 7210 Controllers (AOS 8.5)
    (1) Mobility Master ( AOS 8.5)

    We have a mix of 200 series / 300 Series / 500 Series AP's

Since deploying the 500 series (AP515) we are having some intermittent WiFi issues that i'm troubleshooting.  I am wondering if it is possibly a POE issue.

I think step 1 is - i need to apply IPM to my environment.  Does anyone have any documentation on how to do so?

Also, what troubleshooting steps could i take to uncover if i have a POE problem?

    https://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/ArubaOS_8.8.0_Web_Help/Content/arubaos-solutions/access-points/conf-ap-syst-prof.htm?Highlight=ipm

its a setting under AP System Profile.
you can use this show commands to see the usage of an AP.
    #show power-mgmt-statistic ap-name <blah>
