Active APs vs installed license

    Dear Experts, 

    One of the customer is running 19 Active APs but they have only 16 licenses installed on a 7010 controller running 8.7.1.1.

    How is this possible? snapshots are attached

    More then once the GUI lies a bit. What is the CLI output telling you?
    "show ap active" 
    "show licence summary"
