I assume the two macs are similar?
Sounds like you have connected eth1. In this case, what happens is that the AP uses the mac for eth1 for lldp, but then it will use the mac for eth0 as the system mac, hence you see the two mac on the switchport.

I have a couple spots where 2 macs are showing up on the same Cisco switchport when we connected a new 555 AP. They both come up as the correct VLAN but two macs show up when I check the mac address-table. The controller only shows one WAP. Not sure what to check, or make of this.
