In deployment with mobility master ArubaMM-HW-10K, Version 8.6.0.10 and local WLCs Aruba7030 , Version 8.6.0.10, how to assign static IP and hostname on connected access points?

You can simply (re)provision an AP to give it a static IP address.
For the hostname, doesn't this just take whatever you've set as AP-name?

PS: There really are only downsides to provisioning APs with static AP addresses if you ask me, so try and avoid it whenever you can. Use DHCP reservations if you really must have 'fixed' IP addresses.
