Authentication to Radius server is flopping

  • 1.  Authentication to Radius server is flopping

    Hello Teams, 
    Since few days ago we noticed that the authentication to a remote Radius server is becoming flopping from up to down and from down to up. This misbehavior causes an authentication issues for devices to be connected to the enterprise SSID.

    • We restarted the IAP using swarm features : Issue still exist
      We restarted IAPs by shut downing the IAP switchers ports : issues disappeared temporarily and comes back after one hour or less
      Checked our WAN lines status : no issues 
      Activated the load balancing between the main auth server and the secondary radius server : Issue still exist
    • recreated the enterprise SSID  : same issue
    • We are using the firmware IAP  version 8.7.1.3
      Any infor or comment will be well appreciated form side.
