    "Jabbering can also occur, if the port is set to auto. It is recommended to change from the auto to full. There are some legacy devices set to auto that for does not negotiate as it should and setting the port to full could fix the problem."

    I don't understand the meaning of the above lines can anyone please explain I have to make an RCA for the jabbering issue .
