Vsf member missing

    Hello team,
    We have observed that switch member is missing from the stack.we have checked cables are connected properly.it was working before all of sudden stack member is missing .
    And the missing switch is on .
    I have attached a screenshot 
    Please let know how to troubleshoot this perticular issue
