Guest SSID authentication error

    We are using clearpass for guest authentication 
    While connecting on guest SSID users are unable to connect .what should I check on clearpass ?
    Please guide me I am new to this technology

    There are a lot of information needed, in order to help you.
    1. What type of Wireless Controller are you using?
    2. If the SSID is configured as Open with Captive Portal, if you have a pre-authentication ACL, is it allowing the path to see Clearpass (in order to show Username/Password).
    3. Did you configure the correct service for Guest Authentication.
    4. ...and many more.

    Please provide more information, so we can be able to provide some feedback to your issue.

    Hi Ojha,
    Do you have a guest user connecting issue or authentication issue. Normally Guest SSID is open SSID. 
    1. First guest user can connect to the network: AP/ Mobility controller responsible for every thins
    2. Obtain IP address: AP/Controller, DHCP Server
    3. Redirect to captive Portal: AP/MC, ClearPass
    4. Captive Portal authentication:
