Due to COVID-19, many Pearson VUE testing facilities are closed.  Aruba certifications with an expiration date of May 1, 2020 will be granted a 5 month extension; you will need to recertify before October 1, 2020. Aruba implemented expiration dates in November 2019 along with new program policies, May 1, 2020 was the expiration date for certifications falling under the 6 month expiration time-frame. To view your certification expiration date, visit the HPE My Learning Portal after May 1, 2020 and click “Training” then “Training History”.   Note that Pearson VUE Online Proctoring (OP) delivery is available worldwide, during the test center closure except in the following countries: China, Japan, Iraq, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria.

In addition, the eligibility timeframe of the written expert exam towards the taking of the practical exam is extended from 18 months to 24 months for all written exams set to expire through 11/1/2020.

For assistance with rescheduling an exam please contact Pearson VUE support via their online chat or local phone numbers listed here. Review this FAQ for more information on rescheduling an exam with Pearson VUE.
