Unable to log into Aireave gui

    Hello community.

    All of a sudden I can't log into the GUI on AMP server. I can ping the server and SSH into the server but when I try to access the GUI I get '"This page can't be reached". I'm fairly new to this but here's some info. I can see httpd is running when I issue the "top" command and it is using 99% of CPU. I have tried rebooting but this has not helped. If someone could give some advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    UI not being reachable could be due to multiple reasons, some of the common suspects:

     

    1. Date on server being incorrect

    2. Hardware resources not meeting minimum requirements

    3. Issues with any custom certificate installation

    4. httpd process related issues

    5. generic network issue with firewall / proxy interfering with http traffic

     

    I would recommend verifying #1 first and if restart service if possible using rd command. Can check /var/log/httpd/access_log to check if the requests are hitting the server.

    Thanks for the reply and sorry that i'm replying back so late but I went on vacation shortly after posting... This is not a new installation, it's been working fine until it stopped working. (the gui that is) Let me preface this by saying i'm not a Linux guru. I checked the time and date on the server, the date was correct but the time was off by an hour so I fix that but still can't access the gui. Since nothing has changed since it was working before I don't think hardware resources are an issue.I think the problem is httpd related. The httpd service is running (I see it when I used the "top" command) but when I go to check this log /var/log/httpd/access_log it says no such file or directory. I also tried the command apachectl start but nothing happened at first then I got new mail to the root mail account. The last line in the root mail account was "/etc/cron.hourly/tsdb-purge: line 9: cd: /var/airwave/tsdcache: No such file or directory." I also saw an error log in the /var/log/httpd directory with today's date on it. This is what it says: bootstrap.pl(21345) : Starting... bootstrap.pl(21365) : Starting... bootstrap.pl(21365) : Not the last run yet (PPID: 21364) This is repeated in the log although the bootstrap.pl(#####) and PPID: ##### numbers change with each grouping. I'm not sure what any of this this means, is my Amp server hosed? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Can we check whether the hard disk is full or not? You can execute the below command to check this,

     

    # df -h

    Could you share the complete outout for df -h. It would like below,

    Its strange its not showing other partitions. I would request you to open a TAC case so that TAC can analyze this for a faster resolution.
