    Hello,

We use Cisco WLCs in cluster ( master and backup), which share one virtual IP. WLCs are connected with airwave each individually with standard configuration using SNMP.

When failover in network occur (master and backup WLC switch their roles), airwave detect all APs connected on master WLC as down, because it detect different mac address. SNMP on WLCs always use only local mac address, not shared virtual one.

Is there a way to set up airwave, to detect failover automaticly and do not move APs down ?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Add the  controller devices using Virtual controller IP. Airwave will automatically detect standby.
