Can you help me with an issue with my daily reports? I have real time information about number of clients on AMP>>APs/Devices>>List but when I'm trying to get my daily report it doesn't show anything.
any help about this topic?
You should open a TAC case in parallel. You can also edit the definition for that report to make sure that things are not being excluded.
I am trying to figure out what is happening. Yesterday, I noticed that the report is coming with data from 12am to 6am and the rest of the data is zero. When I see the real time monitoring I see data of a considerable amount of clients.
Did you Edit the report to make sure you have included folders that have data?
