    Which address should use?
    https://portal.central.arubanetworks.com/global_login/login
    https://portal-eu.central.arubanetworks.com/


    And I get sometimes note like that when trying to login:
    Your User ID is not registered with Aruba Cloud Platform.

    I usually login with the below and this works for me. I also see this same error I have a cached session in my browser using a different account. For example my employers account is linked to Central. If I login into Airheads with my personal account and open Central, SSO will try to use this account and I will see the same error as you.

    Hi Janne,

     

    There are few different instances of Central running currently based off regions.

     

    The login URL is dependent on the central instance to which you are registered.

     

    When you register for Central, an email is sent out requesting to activate the account.

     

    We need to use the login URL mentioned in that email.

     

    In case you try to use a different URL which belongs to different central instance, we will get the following message:

     

    "Your User ID is not registered with Aruba Cloud Platform".
