    Hey guys,

Anyone familiar with polling Cisco switches with Airwave?

Adding in some of our older switches (new ones are Aruba branded, so they work well.)

Getting a Error in SNMP polling: Unknown error(mac_scan)  on them. Other properties load correctly, like CPU usage and bandwidth. Using SNMPv3 for everything and I know the view has permissions as I can poll that information with my SNMP testing app.

Anyone dealt with this? Device is a Cisco Catalyst 2960S-48LPS-L.

Try running the SNMPwalk to test the mac table poll from the AMPCLI -> Enter Commands menu.

Follow the steps outlined in: http://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/Network-Management/AMP-Tip-8-2-6-AMPCLI-Enter-Commands-3-SNMP-debugging/td-p/421137

This will determine if there's a parsing issue from the AMP side.

Just curious if you ever resolved this. I seem to also have this issue and then the table does not get populated for connected devices. Running 8.2.11.2. Seems like it mainly effects the 3850 series.

    Thanks,

    Chris
