The AP-335 has more antennas (12), and therefore better for high density locations. And in contrast to the 305/315, the AP-335 has a smartrate port through which the AP can be connected to max. 5Gb uplink over standard cabling (this requires a switch with smartrate support). The two uplink interfaces are intended to use port1 for 5GHZ traffic port2 to be used for 2.4GHZ traffic. Indeed a very nice access point.
Yes the accesspoints are suitable for 160mhz bandwidth. But everything stands or falls with an RF design plan. With 160mhz channels, there are fewer free channels available in the spectrum, so you will quickly run into co-channel interference and that should always be prevented. Because you have fewer free channels available you will almost immediately use DFS channels. When radar signals are detected in the DFS band, these must also be avoided.
