    We need Airwave Upgarde.

     

    But We are customer network is privated.

     

    So we need to method offline upgarde.

    You can download the upgrade package from support site and upload it to Airwave server using option 1 and providing the scp path where the package is present.

    Once uploaded you can choose option 7 to get the upgrade menu and option 1 to initiate the Airwave upgrade.

    You need to upload the file to the AMP server using cli, then choose the upgrade option in cli.

     

    See Appendix B in the AMP User Guide for 8.2.8.1.
