hi we are facing issue in the onboarding of the apple ipad devices.The ipad dvices is running on latest IOS ver 13.x. we are using public sign https certificate.
You'll need to provide some basic details about the problem you're having or you'll need to open a case with Aruba TAC.
when we try to onboard apple devices which are having IOS ver 13.x its show a error while installing the device enrollment profile.
we use publice sign certificate for https server in clearpass.
What error? Please be specific or open a TAC case...
Was there a resolution to this issue?We are facing the same issue.
It appears as if clearpass is now identifying our iPad's with iOS 13.x as "MAC OSX devices"
We have an Onboard pre-auth service that does not allow for MAC OSX or Windows devices onto this network.
