    Hi 

    i need guidance on how to go about setting up a COA after a guest user has reached his 1 hour limit. im failry new to clearpass and have setup the below service with some help.

     

    Everything is working almost like we want it to exept for one thing.

     

    Currently the user just disconects after his 1hour has been reached. We would want the user to be redirected to a CP after hes reached hes 1hour, this is to let the user know why hes being disconected.

    You basically need this rule on the top. Where instead of Redirect to the Enrollment page you redirect to captive portal page which is basically a web page notifying user that his account has expired.

    Ensure you have Guest User Repository added as an Authorization source in the service.
