    Hi guys,

     

    yesterday one of my colleagues put an IP address on the data interface. We are running several Clearpass instances as VMs and apparently he confused the ip of his training-clearpass with our productive clearpass. After setting an IP on the data interface we could not log into the Clearpass anymore because it wouldnt send our crenetials to our active directory anymore. After rebooting the Clearpass and resetting the data interface everything seems to work, since we can authenticate against our ad at all our switches and access-points. The only thing that is not working anymore is the policy-manager-ui. It will show the login-screen like everything is fine, but after trying to log in, it throws a bunch of exceptions. Im pretty sure we have a backup but I'd like to know whats happening. All other modules are working.
