Our clearpass server stopped authing users yesterday afternoon. The UI was very sluggish and the only solution we had was to reboot. users began authing to the secondary server. One the main one came back up users began authing as normal. When checking the event viewer I found several errors of the "System is running with low memory." with the number being at less than 30%. Does anybody have any insight to this or know where I could find a more detailed log of the issue.

It is definately pushing the upper limits of the spec. Do you know if there is a way to add more ram or would it require a complete hardware upgrade.

Hi,i have opened a ticket with the support, they said to me that i can ignore the error and increase the threshold of this allarm.
Give me some momento i'l try to find the reply of support where indicate how increase threshold.

i'm sorry you have to decrease and not increase the treshold.
You can decrease the this threshold for warning by navigating to CPPMàAdministrationàServer ManageràServer Configuration -> Cluster-Wide Parameters -> General
