First time to see this error aleart. See attached alert error " NO LOGON SERVER". does this mean the AD server is not reachable?
That means that ClearPass cannot talk to any AD servers in the domain....
How often does this happen?
Did you change the DNS server of clearpass to a non-AD server, perhaps?

We didn't change any settings in the clearpass and few domain user encounter this reject status.
Our appliance is using ClearPass version: 188.8.131.52992. we see this few times when we checked that this user/machine is being rejected . but after 3 to 5 min we notice that it will be accepted again.
I can't find any services being restarted in the Event viewer similar with the windbind error (Radius service service is restarted).
