Can anyone have idea for below situation?

We have two SSID wireless network. One is named Guest(for non-company users using, such as vendor or customer), another one is WLAN(for company employee users using).

For Guest authorization, it is normal. after usres conncted to Guest and then open one website, the login webpage will display, and then users need to input username and password(we are using internal database to authorize)

For WLAN, I think it is unnormal, everytime while company employee users connect to WLAN, it required to input username and password everytime(we are using Radius windows). Have any way to not required company employee to input username and password one time by one time? It is possbile like outlook like that, just need to open outlook, authorization process will run it automatically according to currently login account(we are using domain computer)

Thanks if have any idea for suggestion for it.

It would be a major change, but you'd want to move your employee network
to an 802.1X setup where each employee has an account from an LDAP source.
The credentials are then entered once on each device and do not need to be
entered again until they change. You can then apply certain roles based in
attributes from the account. (group membership, OU, etc)

This would also allow for the use of encryption, which I assume is not
being used with the captive portal.
