Quotes become ? via email

    Whenever I respond via email and use quotes around something, they are replaced with question marks.

    Can you tell me more details of the issue you have - specifically when did it start happening - are you using desktop or mobile - and what browser?

    It happens when I reply via email (using the "Reply" link in the alert emails) either using the Gmail web interface or the Gmail Android app.
