    Hello

I am still facing the problem with access point I've changed from 3.3 AOS ro 6.3 AOS

I was able to detect the APs before for a while and next all APs went down

but with 6.3 AOS I have this RED zero !! does this mean anything ?

Did you upgrade directly to 6.3? There is a step upgrade process from code
    that old.

The red 0 is no different than a black 0.

    You should contact Aruba TAC.

3.3 to 6.3 is not a supported upgrade path.

Did you read the release notes?

Please look at the release notes for 6.3. It goes over the upgrade path.

You should also contact Aruba TAC at this point.

    ok I will contact them

my purpose from upgrade was to check if I can make APs up all time and stable

I've been in this since few days and nothing work with me

I read a lot of threads on community but nothing works

my core-switch and aruba controller can ping each other and the settings are very simple and I didn't involve too many only the basics and still APs is not detected yet

I hope to find my solution here cause I like the support from this community it is very swift

    Regards

I wonder if the APs firmware was upgraded when I upgrade from 3.3 to 6.3 AOS and that is why I can't detect them anymore

cause right now I downgrade to 3.3 and still can't detect them ? does that make any since ?

    Hi,

Can you please console in to the ap and to see what msgs are coming. I would also try to do purgeenv or reset the ap to factory default to see if that helps.

    Thank you.

thanks for all of your support guys
