Client will not connect (authenticate). Aruba controller 7030 on 6.4.4.10 code. I have tried multiple code versions 6.4.4.4- 6.4.4.11. Clients will work on other AP's (135, 205, 225, 325) on the same controller, same configuration.

HP tablets will not work on open guest network on an ap 215 either.

What are all the options on the SSID profile configuration in the Aruba Controller?

What is the WLAN card and driver date of the HP Elitepad?

Have you tried adding the lower rates back in?

I did not try to add the lower rates. It really does not make any sense when the different AP models work using the same controller and configuration. AP's 135, 205, 225, and 325 work with this client without an issue.

I assumed the radio chipsets were simular accross the 200 series ap's. I opened a tac case but was wondering if anyone else came accross the issue. I can try the lower rates and test. Thank you
