    Please check the post here:  http://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/Controller-Based-WLANs/While-upgrading-the-controller-we-get-the-error-message-quot/ta-p/183290 for ideas.

     

    If none of those work, you will have to contact TAC.  There are files that they could access and delete that may not be user-serviceable.
