I have been trying to add a single Aruba IAP 105 to airwave. The IAP is located at my home and the airwave server is located at work. The airwave server is behind a firewall but has all https (port 443) traffic forwarded to it. I have added the airwave IP to the VC (Public IP) but the controller is not showing up in airwave. When I check the event log in airwave it shows multiple of the following logs:
- Instant AP with IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (AP Info: XXXXXX, 9c:1c:12:xx:xx:xx, AP-105)PSK based authentication: swarm is not found in amp and trying to create.
Instant firmware : 22.214.171.124-126.96.36.199_53944
Airwave version : 188.8.131.52
Airwave - Instant authentication is set to PSK only and whitelist is off.
Any idea's on what might be causing this or how to fix it?

I will give it a try on the VC side. As the controller isn't showing up on the Airwave side I can't change the shared secret on that side.
Will let you know how I go.
Tried the more simple shared secret and that didn't work. I know I should have tried this earlier but I rebooted the Airwave server and it seems to be working fine now. Thanks for the help everyone.
Had the same issue today at the customer, your answer saved us a lot of time. A reboot of Airwave (184.108.40.206) did the trick.
