    Hi All,

We are trying to deploy a ClearPass server to perform 802.1x authentication for wireless clients, via OpenLDAP user database, we are using EAP-GTC. The problem is that the user passwords are stored with hash sha1-base64 as follows: {sha}+dwZ13SWT3Zyf9BlZMrj0mMNIWM=, so we are getting the sha1 hash length error in the ClearPass Server shown in the screenshots. This type of hash is supported? or we need a hexa sha1 hash?, Are we missing something?

    Thank you in advance

    Best regards.

That should work. Please open a TAC case.
