    Hi Team,

I am new to managing switches with Aruba Central and cannot find the option for disabling switchports. The 2930F is managed in a group with a template assigned. This is in Sync.

    Any advice would be welcome.

    Hi Matthew,

did you ever get an answer or find out ?

I would like to know how to enable a port again if it did get disable by loop-protect feature and a manual action is required to get the port enabled again.

The config should not differ (between template and switch-running) - and I guess as switch is managed by Central it's not possible to do via CLI directly.

You can do it from switch cli via ssh or from Central Console feature.

Go into config mode and enable aruba-central support mode:

    # configure terminal
    (config)# aruba-central support-mode enable

After you finish just disable support-mode

    (config)# aruba-central support-mode disable

    Best, Gorazd

    Thanx Gorazd,

I hope Aruba will add some different possibility to do so in the future.
